The client's brief for this project was to achieve a New England feel. To create this, we designed a sharp, formal but lush scheme for the front and side gardens whilst the back garden, although structured, would feel softer with more mixed planting.
Here, flower seasonality is important and the use of a broad range of specimen plants gives structure.
